In order to guarantee the high quality of the Dado Sens Dermacontrol products you buy, we, at Dado Cosmed GmbH, highly recommend that you purchase solely from the exclusive authorized importer of your country of domicile who follows proper importing procedures, checking the quality of the Dado Sens Dermacontrol natural products before and after importation.

Shelf life is important for our products, and because of their natural base, correct storage is also key, as is quality assurance of the most recent production lots: quality checks are carried out prior to shipment by Dado Cosmed, and further checks are made when the shipment is received by our authorized partners in other countries.

With their experience and knowledge of market climate, conditions of the respective region and government regulations, all of which may affect the quality of the products, our sole, exclusive authorized importer is best aware of the quality requirements, and so we highly recommend that our products are purchased from authorized dealers in the respective country only, e.g.: Japanese customers should purchase from Dado Cosmed’s sole, exclusive authorized importer in Japan, Pilica International Japan, or its officially appointed distribution/retail channels. To confirm these channels, please contact the relevant authorized importer; in the case of Japan this is Pilica International Japan.

As a manufacturer, Dado Cosmed is also committed to correct distribution control in order to ensure the quality of the products, notably through our authorized import and distribution partners. We cannot guarantee the safety and quality of products offered by unauthorized third parties, nor the conditions in which the products are sold.

For this reason we highly recommend that customers purchase our products from the sole, exclusive authorized importer we have designated in their country or its official sources of distribution.
