| Do the ExtroDerm-Products contain preservatives? |
No. ExtroDerm-Products contain no fragrance, colorants or preservatives |
| Are the ExtroDerm-Products also suitable for babies? |
The ExtroDerm-Products are extremely skin-compatible and therefore highly suitable for both babies and small children. |
| Your products contain urea. What is this and where does it come from? |
Urea is a natural moisturizing factor found in the skin, and it protects the skin from dehydration. People with extremely dry skin are often lacking this moisturizing factor, or it is only present is small quantities. Urea is produced in the laboratory as a nature-identical substance, i.e. a product based on nature. |
| My skin is extremely dry and itchy after showering. What can I do? |
Use ExtroDerm Cleansing Shower Emulsion, an especially gentle, cleansing emulsion that protects the skin from dehydration whilst showering, and also helps to counteract itchiness. After showering ExtroDerm Skin Balm provides extra care as it moisturizes the skin and increases its resistance. The skinÂ’s ability to bind the additional moisture is effectively supported. |
| My Grandmother is bedridden and has extremely thin skin that is very dry and flaky. How can I help her care for her skin? |
The ExtroDerm skin care series is ideally suited to the care of aged skin. The Intensive Cream and the Skin Balm in particular ensure that the skin is intensively moisturized and this counteracts dehydration and itchiness. |
| I suffer from atopic dermatitis and use the ExtroDerm skin care products with great success. However, in winter I have the feeling that the Skin Balm is no longer sufficient for the insides of my elbows and knees |

| My hands are extremely dry, red and chapped in winter and sometimes crack. What can I do? |
Apply ExtroDerm Intensive Cream thickly to the hands, put cotton gloves on and allow the Intensive Cream to work for at least ½ an hour, overnight is even better. |
